Four to eight weeks of focused work on the patterns keeping the problem in place.

individual work

Best for

A situation where you understand enough to know that one conversation will not be enough.

The pressure may be coming from burnout, chronic overload, conflict, emotional contagion or compassion fatigue, leadership isolation, difficult people dynamics, or several factors reinforcing one another.

This is where psychological depth meets the reality of professional life.

We begin by defining what needs to change and what a useful outcome would look like. Then we work across several focused sessions on the areas with the greatest leverage. That might mean:

  • redesigning workload and recovery
  • changing boundaries
  • preparing for difficult conversations
  • reducing the impact of other people's emotions
  • examining your own patterns under pressure
  • working through a leadership problem that keeps consuming attention and energy

The contract is bounded and practical. We agree on the scope and endpoint at the beginning, so you know what we are working toward and when the work is complete.

For small businesses

When the problem is interpersonal

Small professional businesses often don’t have an HR department, but the human side of running a business doesn’t disappear.

A difficult employee, a strained partnership, a recurring conflict, or a conversation you keep postponing can take up an extraordinary amount of a founder’s attention.

You can bring that problem here. This work is coaching-based, with psychological and relational expertise shared where it is useful. We examine the dynamics, clarify what is yours to manage, prepare for difficult conversations, and explore realistic options.

You remain the decision-maker. I don’t act as your HR representative, make personnel decisions, or prescribe a management solution. My role is to help you understand the human problem more accurately and approach it with more skill, more perspective, and less unnecessary mental load.

We work with the individual, interpersonal, and organizational parts of the problem together, rather than assuming the source sits entirely in one place.
